108 COFFEE SHOP EXPANDS INTO SECOND PREMISES ON MALPAS ROAD, TRURO
Acting on behalf of a private client, Charterwood have let the shop premises within Trafalgar House on Malpas Road, Truro to 108 Coffee Ltd.
The coffee shop was established in 2011 within its original location of Kenwyn Street but has quickly expanded, requiring a second premises, after only 12 months. The shop was let at an undisclosed rental at the beginning of May and includes off-road parking. The remainder of the building is presently being refurbished to provide residential accommodation. |
